Internet Technician
About the role
Jedlian Holdings Inc' is seeking an experienced Internet Technician to join our team in Central Luzon. As an Internet Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting internet connectivity for our residential and commercial customers.This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits.
What you'll be doing- Install and configure internet modems, routers, and other networking equipment for customers
- Diagnose and resolve internet connectivity issues, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on customer equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to ensure a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with the customer service team to coordinate service requests and appointments
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed and materials used
- Stay up-to-date with the latest internet technologies and best practices
- At least 2 years of experience as an Internet Technician or in a similar role
- Strong technical skills in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting internet and networking equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Familiarity with common internet service providers and their protocols
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
