Job description
The Account Staff plays a critical role in analyzing and managing financial accounts, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting business decision-making processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to maintain financial records, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve account performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Monitor and review financial accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Manage account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Data Analysis: Analyze financial data, including transaction details and account balances, to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review.
- Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc financial reports, including budget variances, forecasts, and financial performance summaries. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in account management. Implement changes as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as finance, operations, and sales, to gather information and provide insights. Support cross-functional teams with financial analysis and data-driven recommendations.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Assist with internal and external audits as necessary.
- Client Interaction: Provide support to clients and stakeholders regarding account-related inquiries and issues. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account holders.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all financial transactions and account activities. Ensure proper record-keeping and archiving.
Qualifications
Education: College-level coursework related or a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
