Job Summary:
The Front Office Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and assisting with inquiries. This role involves maintaining an efficient and professional front desk operation, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing administrative tasks related to front office activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required.
- Previous experience in front office or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in front desk operations, including reservation systems and handling transactions.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
