Job Title: Online Sales Representative (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid – Work from Home with On-Site Reporting Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Online Sales Representative to join our team. This hybrid position combines remote work with on-site reporting every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, and focuses on driving online sales, customer engagement, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement online sales strategies to grow revenue.
Handle the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal creation, follow-up, and closing deals.
Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, chat, and in-person meetings.
Create engaging content such as short videos and product showcases for online marketing.
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with video content creation and digital marketing tools is required.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in both online and on-site settings.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Dean’s Listers, Honorable Mentions, and Latin Honor graduates are encouraged to apply. Academic excellence and leadership experience will be considered a strong advantage.

Work Schedule:

Work from Home on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
On-Site Reporting required on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
