Trainer/Training Facilitator (Full Time/Part Time)

Location: Mandaue City, Cebu

What’s most important is that you have strong presentation skills, are confident using computers, and can explain concepts clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate instructor-led, hands-on training sessions based on assigned learning programs
• Demonstrate practical use cases of Generative AI and automation tools in real workplace scenarios
• Guide learners in designing and applying AI-supported workflows to improve efficiency
• Promote responsible technology use by integrating data privacy and ethical considerations into training discussions
• Customize and refine training materials to ensure clarity, relevance, and learner engagement
• Track learner participation, progress, and completion throughout the training cycle
• Provide coaching, feedback, and clarification to support different learning styles
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and the training management team to meet learning objectives
• Develop activities, exercises, and assessments aligned with course outcomes
• Gather feedback and contribute insights to continuously improve training delivery
• Perform other learning-related tasks as assigned by the training team

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in training, teaching, facilitation, mentoring, or coaching (formal or informal)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• No prior experience in Generative AI or automation tools required (all materials & guides provided)
• Confident and comfortable using productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Availability to conduct face-to-face training sessions in Mandaue City, Cebu
• Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Willing to comply with company policies, including confidentiality and curriculum usage agreements
• Willing to complete internal up-skilling programs (training provided at no cost)
• Willingness to teach all our courses (materials and guides provided)
• Background in BPO, IT, technology, or digital services is an advantage

Note:

• Full Time: Must be flexible with work schedules, as working hours may vary depending on partner availability (adjust time in & time out to accommodate classes but still maintain 8 hours/per day work)

Part Time: Must be open to work in a part time setup on an as needed basis
