Heavy Equipment Operator (Boom Truck Operator) is responsible for operating various types of machinery, such as backhoes, bulldozers, loaders, graders, or excavator to assist in construction, earthmoving, and other site operations safely and efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate assigned heavy equipment according to project requirements.Perform daily inspection and basic maintenance of equipment before and after use.
Follow instructions from supervisors and site engineers regarding tasks and locations.
Ensures safe operation of equipment and compliance with safety rules ands regulations.
Report any mechanical issues or damages to the mechanic or supervisor immediately.
Assist in loading, grading, digging, and other related site work.
Qualifications/Requirements- At least High School or Vocational Course Graduate in Automotive, Mechanical, or any related field
- NC II Certificate Holder or Equipment Operation Training Certification related to heavy equipment
- Valid Driver's License (Restriction Code 8)
- Experiences as a Dump truck Driver or any heavy equipment vehicle
