F&B Service Associate - with hotel exp

About the role

As an F&B Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing attentive and professional service in our hotel's restaurants and bars.

• Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Taking food and beverage orders, and communicating them accurately to the kitchen and bar
• Ensuring prompt and efficient service of food and drinks
• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the dining and service areas
• Providing recommendations on food and beverages to enhance the guest experience
• Handling cash and processing payments with accuracy
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our F&B operations

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar F&B service role, preferably within a hotel or high-end dining establishment
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
