• 3 to 5 years of experience in general accounting, preferably supporting U.S. or Canadian clients
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Solid understanding of core accounting principles and full-cycle accounting processes
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working in a remote or offshore setup with international stakeholders

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Proactive communicator who can collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines across multiple time zones

• Handle full-cycle general accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger postings, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and monthly closing activities
• Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation
• Support cash flow tracking, expense monitoring, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external accountants regarding inquiries, clarifications, and periodic reviews
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls
• Assist with tax and audit requirements by preparing requested schedules and supporting documentation
