Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide high-quality support across various communication channels. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in handling high-volume customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery
  • Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary
  • Meet and maintain KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, CSAT, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Compliance) to improve customer experience
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not required)
  • At least 1–3 years experience in Customer Service / BPO / Support roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience handling chat, email, and phone support
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, shifting schedule environment
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Work Schedule
  • Shifting Schedule (Day/Night Shift)
  • 6 days per week
  • 8–9 working hours per day (including break)
