Job Summary:
Star Eye Specs Corporation is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Optical Sales Associate (Consignment) who will be primarily assigned at LS Pascual Optical – Shangri-La Plaza Branch, Mandaluyong City, with occasional assignment at LS Bicutan (once a month).
The ideal candidate is professional in appearance, sales-driven, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to assist customers in selecting eyewear products that best meet their needs.
As an Optical Sales Associate (Consignment), you will represent Star Eye Specs Corporation in-store, deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the overall sales performance and success of the assigned location.
What You’ll Do- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help customers select suitable eyeglasses, sunglasses, and optical accessories based on their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and ongoing promotions.
- Generate sales and achieve assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, card, and other payment methods.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform stock counts, and assist in inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and merchandised.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the assigned display area.
- Coordinate with store personnel regarding stock replenishment and product concerns.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service requests professionally.
- Prepare and submit required sales and inventory reports.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- College graduate, college level, or Senior High School graduate
- Well-groomed and approachable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and numerical skills
- Friendly, proactive, and a team player
- Preferably with experience in optical/eyewear ✅
- Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines and comfortable working in a customer-facing role
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced consignment environment and coordinate effectively with different store teams and working styles ✅
- Willing to work holidays, weekends, extended hours, and shifting schedules
- Willing to train, commute, and be assigned to Shangri-La Plaza Branch or other locations as needed
- No history of attendance or punctuality issues
