The Social Worker is responsible for assessing the needs of individuals, families, and communities and providing appropriate interventions, counseling, case management, and referrals. The role involves advocating for clients, facilitating access to social services, implementing community-based programs, and ensuring compliance with applicable Philippine laws, policies, and professional ethical standards.
Qualifications/Requirements
Education- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW).
- Must be a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
- Strong counseling and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Knowledge of social welfare programs, community development, and case management.
- Ability to prepare professional reports and documentation.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
