Coolblue VA is expanding our team and seeking a skilled Dental Virtual Assistant to help us provide outstanding service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative assistance to our dental team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing inquiries
- Check insurance verification and authorizations for dental procedures
- Assist with virtual consultations and follow-ups to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Manage communication channels, including email, phone calls, and online chat, addressing patient inquiries promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with dental suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment
- Support marketing efforts, including social media management and content creation
- Proven experience as a Dental Virtual Assistant for at least a year or have at least worked in a BPO/VA agency handling Dental Insurance for at least a year
- Experience with US dental insurance is a must
- Proficiency in US dental software and administrative tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Amenable to start at $5/hr starting salary
- LOCAL DENTAL ASSISTANT/DENTAL MEDICINE NOT ACCEPTED
- Device Requirements
- Dual-monitor setup (laptop/PC + backup device)
- Windows 11, 8GB RAM, i5 processor minimum
- For Mac: Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3) or Intel-based Mac equivalent
- Internet & Power Requirements
- Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps, with a backup option (pocket Wi-Fi or prepaid acceptable)
- Power backup (UPS, generator, alternative power source, or backup laptop)
- ₱10,000 PHP SIGN-ON BONUS or approx. $170 (subject to specific conditions)
