Job Description
  • Assist the Product Owner in defining, managing, and prioritizing the product backlog based on business objectives and customer needs.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by working closely with stakeholders, end users, and cross-functional teams.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, UX/UI designers, and Business Analysts throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support the Product Owner in ensuring product features align with business goals, customer expectations, and technical feasibility.
  • Monitor product progress, track sprint deliverables, and communicate updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
  • Assist in validating completed features through user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure acceptance criteria are met before release.
  • Help identify opportunities for product enhancements by gathering user feedback, analyzing product performance, and researching market trends.
  • Maintain product documentation, including user stories, product roadmaps, release notes, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process improvements and contributing to Agile best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or in a similar product or software development role.
  • Basic understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, or business requirements documentation is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with an eagerness to learn product management principles and best practices.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
