Role Overview
We are looking for a licensed Speech Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals improve their communication, language, and swallowing skills. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide client-centered and evidence-based interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct speech, language, and swallowing assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs
- Provide therapy for children (and/or adults, if applicable) with communication disorders
- Implement evidence-based intervention strategies
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, parents, teachers, and other professionals
- Educate caregivers on home programs and strategies
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications- PRC Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented
- Willing to learn and participate in trainings
