About the role
Mad Sun Travel and Tours is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team in Cubao, Quezon City. As a Marketing Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the growth of our travel and tourism business.This is a contract position, offering you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of marketing within the travel industry.
What you'll be doing- Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our travel packages and services
- Conducting market research to identify trends, analyse customer behaviour, and inform our marketing strategies
- Supporting the creation of engaging content, including social media posts, blogs, and promotional materials
- Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute events, exhibitions, and other marketing activities
- Tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Providing administrative support to the marketing department as needed
- Currently enrolled in a marketing, communications, or a related degree programme
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and information
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in marketing
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Passion for the travel and tourism industry and a desire to learn and grow
