Performs general construction and civic maintenance work including bricklaying, masonry, concrete mixing, site preparation, and repair of structures. Assists in building, paving, landscaping, and other community improvement projects while ensuring work is completed safely and according to project standards.
Key Duties:
Lay bricks, blocks, and other masonry materialsPrepare and mix cement, mortar, and concrete
Physically fit and willing to work outdoors
Can follow instructions and work as part of a team
Willing to be assigned to various project sites
Assist in site cleaning and preparation
Perform basic construction and repair work
Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
Support landscaping and other civic improvement activities as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
Requirements: Experience in construction, masonry, or bricklaying is an advantage
