About the role
As a Strategic Accounts Manager at 1Rotary Trading Corporation, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. In this full-time position based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for managing and developing key strategic accounts, ensuring strong relationships and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned strategic accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Develop and implement tailored account management strategies to drive revenue growth and deepen customer relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, such as sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless account management
- Regularly report on account performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Participate in the development of key account plans and contribute to the overall sales and business development strategy
- Develops sales strategies to increase profitability of assigned area.
- Initiates regular communications with prospects and existing clients. Conducts sales presentations, visits, calls prospective clients to ensure that sales targets are achieved.
- Works closely with the Marketing and Operations team to create sales activities and ensure effective implementation.
- Sets goals of the sales team both for new and existing accounts.
- Conducts a competitor’s check within the assigned area and improves sales strategies
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in account management, preferably within the Sales industry and Account & Relationship Management sub-industry
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-suite executives
- Proficient in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
- Superb interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent in sales presentation skills.
- Strong familiarity in social media platforms.
