PMO Finance
Position Description:
Background and Essential Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English
- Must have working knowledge in MS Excel
- Demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail
- Action-oriented and has the ability to assume ownership of requests/issues/escalations and deliver effective resolutions to customers
- Customer-oriented (know your customers well; add value with a level of urgency)
- A strong work ethic and flexibility to meet dynamic business needs
- Experience, proficiency and comfort in communicating and working effectively
- A sense of autonomy, initiative and responsibility
- A motivated self-starter that takes initiative to bring issues to resolution
- Quality oriented strategy
- Proficiency to follow and write process documentation
- Amenable to work on mid-shift and BU RTO requirement.
- Act as primary contact for leadership inquiries, requests, and ad hoc activities
- Perform other functions as may be required by the Lead/ Manager.
- Profound experience on Portfolio and Project Management
- Working experience in Project Financial Management support such as Reporting and Analysis, Monthly Closing, Budget Management, Resource Plan, Cost Plan Analysis, Reconciliation
- Provide PMO support such as Status Reporting, Financial Reporting, Financial report extracts, Quality of Data/Report, etc.
- Attend leadership meetings and discuss status
- Prepare administrative reports and perform other functions as may be required by the client
- Spearhead/Initiate improvements and share best practices
- Willingness to work on flexible shift as required by the team
