WFH E-Commerce Operator
Job Overview
We are seeking a sharp, highly detail-oriented E-Commerce Operator to manage and optimize our digital storefronts. In this role, you will handle day-to-day platform operations, product listings, data tracking, and promotional campaigns across TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Amazon.The ideal candidate has hands-on technical experience with these major platforms and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Job Highlights
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pacific Time (4 hours/day, 20 hours/week)

Responsibilities- Platform Operations: Manage daily backend operations across TikTok Shop (Seller Center), Shopify, and Amazon backend systems to ensure seamless functionality.
- Product Listing & Optimization: Create, update, and optimize product listings (including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing) to maximize visibility and accuracy.
- Amazon Management: Routinely track Best Sellers Rank (BSR) and keyword ranking on hero SKUs.
- Shopify Support: Support the e-commerce team with discount code creation and the smooth execution of the promotional campaign calendar.
- Affiliate Program Support: Execute and monitor affiliate marketing programs, particularly within TikTok Shop, to drive creator partnerships and sales.
- Performance Monitoring: Keep a close eye on overall platform health, address listing suppressions or backend errors, and coordinate platform-specific operational tasks.
- Proven hands-on experience navigating TikTok Shop Seller Center, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operational workflows, product listing best practices, and campaign execution.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy (especially with tracking metrics and listings).
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
- Direct experience working with beauty brands.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop affiliate programs and GMV Max Campaigns.
- Familiarity with wholesale platform listings such as RangeMe, Faire, etc.
- Basic Canva or image resizing skills to quickly adjust listing assets.
