Job summary:

• Expected salary: ₱30,000 per month

The landscape architect designs outdoor environments that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable, while meeting project needs and industry standards. This involves creating designs and managing projects to enhance the quality of outdoor spaces.

• Develop landscape design concepts for all Alphaland projects/entities
• Create detailed site plans including layout, grading, and planting
• Collaborate with engineers and architects for integrated planning
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Oversee site works to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Incorporate sustainable practices and environmental considerations
• Provides work progress updates
• Other job-related responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree and License in Landscape Architecture
• Must be a licensed professional Landscape Architect
• At least 1-2 years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry
• Preferably residing in Makati City
• Proficient in productivity, construction, and design-related software
• Should have familiarization in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Google, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, GIS, and Microsoft Office Applications
• Can produce and implement landscape designs for various projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented and demonstrates keen attention to detail and work quality
• Must be amendable to do field works
