Join Our Team as an Accounts Payable and Receivable Staff
UNIBREW INDUSTRY TRADING is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable and Receivable Staff to join our growing Finance team.

Key Responsibilities- Process and verify supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Match purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices (3-way matching)
- Prepare and schedule payments to vendors on time
- Maintain updated records of payables and payment vouchers
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations
- Prepare and issue customer invoices and billing statements
- Monitor incoming payments and record collections accurately
- Follow up on overdue accounts and send payment reminders
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues
- Maintain updated records of receivables and aging reports
- Assist in cash flow reporting and credit control and perform other Accounting admin task.
