L2 IT Support Specialist
Location: Banilad, Mandaue CityEmployment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive L2 IT Support Specialist to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and experience supporting end-users in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related concerns.
- Diagnose and resolve escalated IT issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain network performance and security.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers when necessary.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and IT procedures.
- Assist in system upgrades, deployments, and IT projects.
- Provide technical guidance and support to Level 1 Support personnel.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a similar technical role.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
