Treasury Officer

The Treasury Officer will be responsible for various cash management and treasury-related tasks to support the smooth operation of the treasury department. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares daily cash position report
• Handles daily cash reconciliation report
• Monitors daily receipt and posting of bank statements
• Assists Accounting on bank reconciliation items
• Prepares cash forecast based on historical data and approved budget
• Manages pickup arrangement with the banks and stores, including store fund delivery
• In charge of clearing and checking of issued Official Receipt and Cash Receipt
• Handles bank transactions such as confirmation of issued checks, account opening, closing & maintenance including updating of corporate documents and bank forms and other bank related concerns
• Provides assistance on Treasury related projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledgeable with banking procedures and regulations.
• Experience in treasury or cash management is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Candidates must be willing to be assigned in Libis, Quezon City
