Through leadership, coaching and quality assurance, you will ensure the ongoing development and success of your team.

1. Manage and lead a team of quality assurance specialists to monitor, evaluate and provide feedback on agent performance
2. Conduct regular calibration sessions and one-on-one coaching to upskill agents and drive continuous improvement
3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify trends, resolve issues and implement quality initiatives
4. Provide detailed reports and analytics to highlight team performance and identify areas for development
5. Foster a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture
6. Support with recruitment, training and onboarding of new quality assurance specialists

1. Minimum 1 year experience in a quality assurance or team leader role within a fast-paced contact centre environment
2. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a team
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement
5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to driving quality and continuous improvement
6. Proficient in the use of quality assurance tools and productivity software
