v Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.

v Ensure proper inventory control and stock accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.

v Provide regular update to the SMD on stock availability, expected delivery timelines, and logistical challenges.

v Work closely with the PPD, CSRD and SMD to address delivery concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership and Development

v Supervise and train warehouse and logistics staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.

v Assign tasks and monitor employee performance to ensure compliance with operational standards.

v Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Process Improvement and Reporting

v Identify opportunities to improve warehouse and logistics operations, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
