• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree in Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least ten (10) years of hands-on sales and marketing experience in the construction or building materials industry. Prior managerial or supervisory experience in the same industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Proven ability to manage sales operations and lead a team effectively.
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Manage and grow the assigned sales area to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet quota requirements.
• Oversee sales executives’ performance and the daily operations of the plant.
• Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the sales team to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure proper implementation of company standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure work environment in the assigned area.
• Enforce discipline and ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulations at all times.
