Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and client-obsessed Social Media & Community Engagement Specialist to take full ownership of client relationships and drive account performance across a portfolio of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-literate, and brings deep experience in CRM marketing, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facebook Group Management: Develop partnerships with group admins, moderate discussions, and identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Instagram Engagement: Monitor, respond, and foster engagement to expand our audience.
- Content Creator Outreach: Research and collaborate with niche creators to develop user-generated and influencer content campaigns.
- Content Creation: Use AI tools to generate visuals, share blog posts, and curate engaging content tailored to brand audiences.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments and questions while documenting interactions for visibility.
- Platform-Specific Tasks: Execute growth strategies on platforms like Amazon Posts, Pinterest, and others.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and community engagement.
- Strong written communication skills adaptable for diverse audiences.
- Understanding of social media trends and content strategies.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for content creation.
- Self-starter capable of balancing multiple brands and projects.
