Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Provide accurate information and assist with inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Update customer records and log interactions in the system
- Follow company policies and call scripts as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
Requirements:
- At least HS/SHS Graduate
- Not currently enrolled in any school or university
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends

BAGUIO CITY, BENGUET
Remarks- Hiring Process: Virtual Process/Onsite Process Available (One day hiring only)
- Earn up to 24k (With/without BPO experience may apply)
- We offer 8,000 relocation package for applicants residing outside Benguet.
