• Computer literate

• Minimum of 2–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Experience in a fast-paced corporate or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with tax filing and payroll processing
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to identify process improvements and contribute to efficiency initiatives

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Clerk to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles, hands-on experience with financial software, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with accuracy and timeliness
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Prepare and review financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy across operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
