• Work Location: Tanay, Rizal

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
• Perform daily forklift and warehouse checklists
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs and safety standards
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and inventory checks
• Prepare and maintain documents (ATD/ATR, vehicle inspection checklist, picklists)
• Receive and issue finished goods based on approved picklists
• Ensure proper storage conditions and FEFO compliance
• Safeguard inventory against pilferage and unauthorized loss
• Ensure all warehouse activities follow company procedures and policies
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse
• Complete assigned tasks accurately, on time, and with minimal variance

• Prepare and file warehouse and forklift checklists, ATR/ATD, picklists, vehicle inspection checklists, and inventory count sheets

• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment

• Perform other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
• Willing to be reassigned or relocated to other logistics sites as needed

Qualifications

• Forklift operation and warehouse procedures
• Inventory planning, logistics operations, and documentation
• Computer literate
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work extended hours
• Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Positive work attitude

• At least 1 year of experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role
• Preferably with logistics or warehousing experience

• NC II (HEO) Forklift Certification required

• At least high school graduate (college level is an advantage)
