Customer Care Representative (Medical Allied Graduate) l PCC Davao

We are seeking a Customer Care Representative (CCR) to join our Primary Care team. The CCR will be the initial point of contact for patients, providing quality service, supporting physicians, and helping ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk
• Verify patient information and HMO eligibility/coverage
• Take vital signs and prepare patients for medical consultation
• Conduct ECG procedures and forward results to the attending physician
• Assist with appointment scheduling, patient inquiries, and documentation
• Prepare and submit daily reports and help manage clinic supplies
• Provide support to doctors during consultations and patient care
• Handle patient concerns and feedback while following clinic protocols

• Graduate of ANY medical-related course (BS Nursing is preferred)
• Prior experience in clinic operations is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Computer literate, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
• Willing to work on a rotating schedule (5 days per week with varying rest days)
