Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Hours: 8am - 4pm Mountain Standard Time
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and actively search for candidates using a variety of sourcing methods including social media, networking, and traditional recruiting channels.

Hourly Wage: $6 - $10 (Open to negotiation based on experience)

In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent to support Lago’s growth and success. You will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to our company's needs, ensuring we build a strong workforce that aligns with our values and culture.Working in a fast-paced environment, you will partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and actively search for candidates using a variety of sourcing methods including social media, networking, and traditional recruiting channels.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with the CEO and Talent Acquisition Manager to define job requirements and identify ideal candidates.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for Lago's partners.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Must have experience with Workable
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar recruiting role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit effectively.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in the Philippines, Serbia, or LATAM.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Being able to manage Social Media business profiles on Facebook and LinkedIn is a plus
