Property Hub & Loan Processing Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Property Hub & Loan Processing Administrator to support our broker and loan processing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Order and manage residential, construction, and commercial valuation requests
• Liaise with lenders, valuers, and property professionals to track progress and SLAs
• Ensure valuation reports are accurately saved and recorded in SharePoint
• Maintain planners, Excel trackers, and valuation registers

• Assist with Apply Online (AOL) and Infynity data entry
• Upload supporting documents to lender portals and CRM
• Provide backup support to the loan processing team for basic applications
• Assist with discharge authority forms for refinance files

• Contact lenders for updates and resolve outstanding issues
• Support settlement and post-settlement tasks
• Ensure documentation is accurately saved and reflected in Infynity
• Prepare client communications (including congratulatory emails)
• Provide administrative support across construction, development, and commercial files
