SALES ASSOCIATE
Job Summary:
The Sales Associate is responsible for promoting the hotel’s rooms, facilities, and services to potential guests and corporate clients. This role assists in generating sales leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the Sales and Marketing team in achieving revenue goals.The Sales Associate also helps ensure excellent customer service and represents the hotel professionally in all interactions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the hotel’s rooms, event spaces, and other services to individual and corporate clients.
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales leads.
- Support the Sales and Marketing team in meeting monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth booking and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports as required.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the hotel professionally at all times.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- With or without experience; sales or hotel background is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and goal-driven.
- Can work well in a team and under minimal supervision.
