Sales & Marketing Admin (with Basic Pay & Commission)

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Admin to join our solid wood furniture company. The right candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to earn through steady income + commission.

Experience in the furniture or interior design industry is a strong advantage.

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins
• Present product options and prepare quotations for clients
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to close sales
• Achieve sales targets and earn commission on performance
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
• Prepare invoices, sales documents, and order records
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, inventory, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Maintain accurate client and sales databases
• Monitor and update delivery schedules, payments, and collections
• Support showroom operations and client visits
• Plan, create, and post content on social media platforms
• Design and prepare marketing materials, presentations, and proposals
• Organize promotional activities, events, and campaigns
• Track and analyze leads generated from marketing efforts
• Convert marketing-generated leads into actual sales opportunities

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales administrative or customer service role
• Proven background in sales with commission-based earning exposure
• Hands-on experience in marketing (social media, promotions, or campaigns)
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace
• High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in the furniture or related industry is an advantage
• Willing to work onsite in Mexico, Pampanga
