As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Processor to support our airfreight and seafreight operations, ensuring timely and compliant documentation handling for customs and billing processes.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Processor plays a key role in the successful movement of international shipments by preparing, verifying, and submitting all necessary documentation for customs clearance. This position ensures that all required paperwork is accurately processed and maintained for compliance and invoicing.

• Assist Airfreight and Seafreight Supervisors in the preparation of import and export documents for processing.
• Ensure all permits, licenses, and supporting documents are complete and valid before submission.
• Facilitate shipment processing at Bureau of Customs (BOC) offices to ensure timely and smooth customs clearance.
• Carefully verify document accuracy and completeness to prevent penalties or delays.
• Organize and segregate processed documents for billing and internal records.
• Provide timely updates on the status of shipment processing and customs clearance.
• Report any discrepancies or issues encountered during processing to supervisors immediately.

• A graduate of BS Customs Administration or any related course
• At least six (6) months related experience
• trong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Bureau of Customs (BOC) processes and requirements is a strong advantage
• Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in basic computer applications, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
