Sales Development Representatives- GCC

Full time | On-site (Bulakan)

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) that focused on the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.

This role is at the heart of pipeline creation for a fast-growing internationally teritory. This will convert inbound marketing-qualified leads into Discovery calls while running outbound campaigns across key GCC markets.

• Own the MQL-to-SQL conversion process for GCC territoris.
• Responds promptly to imbound leads from Arabic-language campaigns of regional events.
• Qualify GCC prospects using BANT frameworks with an understanding of regional buying dynamics.
• Book discovery calls for Senior Director Enterprise Sales (EMEA)
• Execute bilingual outbound prospecting campaigns (English and Arabic) across Gulf Council Countries.
• Lead post-webinar and post-event follow-up campaigns to maximise lead conversion.
• Track and report weekly SDR performance and KPIs and provide market intelligence feedback to the boarder team.

• Minimum 2 years of SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience- ideally in B2B technology or SaaS.
• Fluent in English and Arabic- written and verbal.
• Strong understanding in of GCC business culture and enterprise procurement dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM or equivalent platforms.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound prospecting tools.
• Strong organisational skills to independently manage a high-volume pipeline.
• Genuine interest in technology, AI, and enterprise diital transformation.
• Ability to run bilingual outbound campaigns with minimal supervision.
