Posted on 1 December 2025- Prepare and calibrate machinery for production and operate it efficiently to meet targets.
- Monitor the production process to ensure product quality and consistency, and inspect finished goods for defects.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment to prevent failures and downtime.
- Identify and resolve issues that occur during operation or coordinate with other team members for more complex repairs.
- Load raw materials into the machinery and unload finished products.
- Maintain accurate production logs and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisors.
- Follow all safety guidelines, company procedures, and workplace regulations.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is the minimum education requirement for most roles.
- An associate's degree in machining or a technical certificate program can be beneficial for some positions.
- Specialized certifications, such as those for operating specific types of heavy machinery, can be a plus.
- Operators must be meticulous to ensure quality and safety.
