What You’ll Do- Safeguard financial accuracy and compliance by ensuring the integrity, timeliness, and reliability of records and reports—supporting management in making sound, data-driven business decisions while meeting regulatory and policy requirements.
- Lead efficient closing processes by driving seamless month-end and year-end reporting, working closely with Finance, Logistics, and other departments to deliver accurate results and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
- Champion process improvements by recommending and implementing initiatives that streamline workflows, enhance financial analysis, and optimize accounting systems—contributing to greater operational efficiency and long-term organizational growth.
- Develop people and drive strategic projects by mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative culture, and taking part in special assignments that encourage innovation, professional development, and leadership growth.
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy, CPA required.
- At least 5 years of solid accounting experience, with supervisory exposure (manufacturing industry background preferred).
- Proven experience in handling special projects or assignments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Effective leadership, people management, and organizational skills.
