Quality Engineer Performance & Resilience Management

Job Summary:

This role plays a key part in ensuring the scalability and resilience of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance tests for web, UI, and API components.
• Use LoadRunner Enterprise or Performance Center to create performance scripts and manage load testing cycles.
• Identify and analyze performance bottlenecks, providing recommendations for system improvements.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure performance and resilience standards are met.
• Apply performance engineering principles and conduct root cause analysis for issues found during testing.
• Utilize tools like JMeter for supplemental or component-level performance validation.
• Prepare test strategies, execution reports, and detailed performance findings.

Must-Have Skills:

1. LoadRunner Enterprise or Performance Center
2. Strong experience in performance testing for Web, UI, and API protocols
3. Deep knowledge of performance testing methodologies
4. Proficiency in performance scripting and analysis
5. Solid understanding of performance engineering concepts
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

1. Knowledge of JMeter and open-source performance tools
2. Exposure to resilience testing and fault injection
3. Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics) and cloud-based testing environments
