Sales Associate - Dumaguete

Job Responsibilities:

1. Understand and take ownership of store sales goals, KPIs, and personal performance targets. Utilize all available resources to achieve or exceed them.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service in line with the brand's standards, aiming to surpass customer expectations.
3. Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to effectively meet customer needs and build brand loyalty.
4. Follow all company policies and procedures consistently.
5. Implement and maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards as directed.
6. Efficiently handle merchandise deliveries and ensure prompt replenishment of product displays to maintain a full product offering on the sales floor.
7. Proactively work to reduce product loss both in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
8. Carry out all store operations safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company guidelines.
9. Complete all required training programs and apply the knowledge effectively in day-to-day responsibilities.
10. Actively seek feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance individual performance.
11. Take initiative in learning and self-improvement to support continuous growth.
12. Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and maintain attractive product displays.
13. Monitor stock availability, organize merchandise, and assist with receiving and processing deliveries.
14. Ensure products are accurately labeled, inspect for damage, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
15. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Retail Operations Department when necessary.
