- Provides as-built plans to partners (e.g., Honda, Yamaha) for expansion projects to prepare layouts for management approval.
- Provides approved layouts to partners for expansion projects to create a complete set of plans for construction.
- Meets with accredited contractors to ensure compliance with approved layouts and designs.
- Prepares weekly accomplishment reports for the CMD Head to monitor project progress and assist with catch-up plans. Monitors the monthly accomplishments of the draftsman to ensure timely layout completion.
- Reviews and recommends layouts created by the draftsman to ensure all technical specifications and branch standards are met.
- Conducts studies on new materials and processes for construction, creating new designs to enhance overall company branding.
- Meets with accredited suppliers to collaborate on new furniture and fixtures needed to improve branch image.
- Conducts weekly coordination meetings with staff and relevant departments to ensure alignment of activities and timelines.
- Provides approved as-built plans to the BDD as part of the requirements for processing the Contract of Lease (COL).
- Assists in providing necessary budget information to support the CMD Head in finalizing the department's annual budget.
- Ensures all draftsman layouts are compiled in a shared folder for easy access by the project-in-charge and construction team.
- Evaluates, coaches, and recognizes direct reports and staff, aligning appraisals with agreed KPIs in order to drive high performance and sustained engagement within the Department.
- Performs other tasks given by the company official as the need arises.
