Duties and Responsibilities:

 A.  E-commerce Strategy & Platform Management
  • Own the P&L for 1Rotary’s online store: Develop and execute the e-commerce (Lazada, Shopee and TikTok
  • ) strategy to achieve sales, traffic, and conversion targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer journey: Optimize the website UX/UI for both trade
professionals (quick reorder, bulk pricing, technical specs) and retail customers (easy navigation, DIY guides).
  • Product & Merchandising: Work with inventory and brand product teams to curate the
online catalog, ensuring optimal product listings with rich content (images, videos, technical documents).
  • Omnichannel Integration: Develop and manage systems for Click & Collect (Buy Online, Pickup In-Store), store inventory visibility, and seamless returns across channels.
  • Platform & Technology: Manage relationships with e-commerce platform providers (e.g.,
Lazada, Shopee and TikTok), payment gateways, and logistics partners. Lead website enhancements and troubleshooting.
 B.  Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition
  • Performance Marketing: Develop and manage the budget for all digital advertising
channels Google Ads (Search, Shopping), Meta/Instagram, LinkedIn focusing on high- intent keywords and audience targeting.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Own the technical and content SEO strategy to dominate search results for both commercial (“buy car AC compressor”) and informational (“how to charge refrigerator”) queries in the Philippines.
  • Social Commerce: Leverage Facebook/Instagram Shops, TikTok, and other emerging
platforms to drive direct sales and engagement, particularly for the DIY and SMB segments.
  • Email & SMS Marketing: Oversee the strategy for lifecycle marketing (welcome series, cart abandonment, reorder reminders) and promotional broadcasts, segmenting audiences between trade and retail.
 C.  Digital Content & Community Management
  • Content Strategy for Conversion: Collaborate with the Brand team to produce digital-first content that educates (installation tutorials, troubleshooting guides) and converts.
  • Social Media Management: Develop a social media calendar that balances brand
building, product promotion, and community engagement. Supervise the Social Media Specialist.
  • Technician Digital Community: Help build and nurture the online community of
technicians through dedicated groups (Facebook/LINE), expert Q&A sessions, and digital loyalty recognition.
  • Review & Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to reviews on Google Business, social media, and e-commerce platforms to build trust and address concerns.
 D.  Analytics, Reporting & Innovation
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Use Google Analytics, e-commerce dashboards, and
heatmaps to analyze user behavior, identify drop-off points, and continuously test and improve conversion rates.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide weekly/monthly reports on all key digital metrics:
website traffic, conversion rate, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and ROI by channel.
  • Competitive & Market Intelligence: Monitor digital trends in the automotive/HVAC-R space and general e-commerce innovations to keep 1Rotary at the forefront.
  • Budget Management: Own and optimize the digital marketing and e-commerce technology budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • With experience in any of these key areas:
  1. Proven track record of managing and growing a transactional B2B or B2C e-
commerce platform in the Philippines. Experience with omnichannel retail is a major advantage.
  1. Expert-level proficiency in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and analytics.
  • Experience in the automotive parts, home improvement, construction supplies, or technical B2B industry.
  • Direct experience with e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee and TikTok) and relevant integrations.
