Duties and Responsibilities:
A. E-commerce Strategy & Platform Management- Own the P&L for 1Rotary’s online store: Develop and execute the e-commerce (Lazada, Shopee and TikTok
- ) strategy to achieve sales, traffic, and conversion targets.
- Manage the end-to-end customer journey: Optimize the website UX/UI for both trade
- Product & Merchandising: Work with inventory and brand product teams to curate the
- Omnichannel Integration: Develop and manage systems for Click & Collect (Buy Online, Pickup In-Store), store inventory visibility, and seamless returns across channels.
- Platform & Technology: Manage relationships with e-commerce platform providers (e.g.,
B. Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition
- Performance Marketing: Develop and manage the budget for all digital advertising
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Own the technical and content SEO strategy to dominate search results for both commercial (“buy car AC compressor”) and informational (“how to charge refrigerator”) queries in the Philippines.
- Social Commerce: Leverage Facebook/Instagram Shops, TikTok, and other emerging
- Email & SMS Marketing: Oversee the strategy for lifecycle marketing (welcome series, cart abandonment, reorder reminders) and promotional broadcasts, segmenting audiences between trade and retail.
- Content Strategy for Conversion: Collaborate with the Brand team to produce digital-first content that educates (installation tutorials, troubleshooting guides) and converts.
- Social Media Management: Develop a social media calendar that balances brand
- Technician Digital Community: Help build and nurture the online community of
- Review & Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to reviews on Google Business, social media, and e-commerce platforms to build trust and address concerns.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Use Google Analytics, e-commerce dashboards, and
- Performance Reporting: Provide weekly/monthly reports on all key digital metrics:
- Competitive & Market Intelligence: Monitor digital trends in the automotive/HVAC-R space and general e-commerce innovations to keep 1Rotary at the forefront.
- Budget Management: Own and optimize the digital marketing and e-commerce technology budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- With experience in any of these key areas:
- Proven track record of managing and growing a transactional B2B or B2C e-
- Expert-level proficiency in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and analytics.
- Experience in the automotive parts, home improvement, construction supplies, or technical B2B industry.
- Direct experience with e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee and TikTok) and relevant integrations.
