Liaison Officer

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Role Overview

As part of the Marketing Department, the Liaison Officer contributes to maintaining strong institutional relationships while ensuring logistical efficiency and regulatory compliance. The role also entails cross-functional support across departments when needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver and retrieve contracts, marketing collaterals, official documents, permits, and compliance papers to/from clinics, schools, LGUs, and partner organizations.
• Transport medical supplies, reagents, and consumables between branches or partner facilities.
• Secure all transported materials with proper documentation, ensuring accuracy and accountability.

• Collect laboratory specimens from partner clinics and ensure timely and safe delivery to designated testing laboratories.
• Comply with cold chain requirements and biosafety protocols during the transport of clinical specimens.
• Maintain logs and monitoring sheets for all deliveries and pickups to support audit trail and tracking.

• Assist in submitting, retrieving, and following up on signed agreements, proposals, and permits.
• Professionally represent TeleCure in face-to-face engagements with partner organizations during field runs.
• Provide logistical support during company-organized outreach programs, medical missions, and marketing events.

• Respond to requests for logistical assistance from internal departments (e.g., Supply Chain, Admin, Purchasing), ensuring timely coordination.
• Collaborate with operations personnel for efficient dispatch and return of materials and documentation.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a liaison, messenger, or courier role, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented setting.
• Familiarity with local routes, traffic conditions, and efficient route planning.
• Ability to manage and transport sensitive medical and corporate documents with confidentiality and care.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in logging and handling deliveries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Physically fit and able to carry materials as needed.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license (if assigned driving duties).
