The Company Driver is responsible for safely transporting company personnel, documents, and/or goods to designated locations in a timely and professional manner. This role ensures the proper maintenance and cleanliness of assigned vehicles, adherence to traffic regulations, and support for company logistics and transportation needs.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport employees, clients, and company goods to assigned destinations
- Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off of passengers and deliveries
- Follow all traffic laws, road safety rules, and company driving policies
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles at all times
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or damages
- Perform routine maintenance such as checking oil, water, tires, and fuel levels
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle usage
- Assist in loading and unloading documents, parcels, or materials when needed
- Ensure confidentiality and security of transported documents and items
- Coordinate with the admin or logistics team for schedule and route planning
- Report accidents, delays, or incidents immediately to management
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Valid Professional Driver’s License with appropriate restriction codes
- Proven experience as a company or professional driver
- Clean driving record and good knowledge of traffic laws and routes
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Physically fit and able to work flexible hours if needed
- Trustworthy, responsible, and with good moral character
- Strong time management and communication skills
