Managing day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth workflow, and addressing any issues that arise
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Allocating resources effectively, including personnel, materials, and budget, to achieve operational goals.
Identifying areas for improvement, implementing new processes, and streamlining operations to enhance efficiency
Implementing and maintaining quality assurance programs, ensuring products or services meet standards.
Identifying and addressing problems and opportunities, finding solutions, and implementing improvements.
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practice.
Formulate strategic and operational objectives

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor in Business Administration/BS Industrial Technology/ operations Management or related field
With 8- 10 years of experience in project management, operations and leadership roles
Excellent communication skills
Strong leadership skills for overseeing teams and driving operational efficiency.
Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
