What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative assistance to the HR team, including processing 201 employee documents, maintaining personnel master list, administer quarterly performance evaluation, prepare memo, and conduct employee onboarding orientation and coordinate offboarding
- Handling employee inquiries and providing first-line support on HR-related matters
- Assisting with the organisation and coordination of HR-related events and training programmes
- Maintaining and updating HR databases and records to ensure information accuracy and compliance
- Providing administrative support to the broader business, such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling general correspondence
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR assistant role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
