• Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media
• Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
• Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department
• Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in a blended non-voice environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think on your feet
• Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
• A positive and professional attitude, with a strong customer-centric focus
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
