About the role

You will be leading a team of dedicated banking professionals to deliver seamless customer experiences.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including account management, and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction, deposits, and loan origination
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of branch personnel, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality service
• Analyse branch performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and profitability
• Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and internal policies
• Foster strong relationships with the local community and business partners
• Collaborate with other branches and the wider organisation to share best practices and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail banking or branch management role
• Strong understanding of banking operations, customer service, and sales
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and financial targets
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
