• Minimum of 3-5 years of B2C (Business-to-consumer) collections experience
• No employment gaps exceeding 3 months
• At least 1 year of remote work experience
• Proven success managing 90+ days delinquent accounts in a BPO environment
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Professional experience handling customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
• Background in debt collections, consumer lending, personal finance, or related financial services
• Knowledge of underwriting, payroll processing, or financial statement review is an advantage
• Proficient in CRM platforms, call center systems, and data entry with strong attention to detail
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
• Sound judgment with a customer-focused and results-driven approach
• Reliable internet connection and personal laptop available for the interview process

• Manage delinquent accounts through inbound and outbound collection efforts
• Identify causes of non-payment and recommend appropriate repayment solutions
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement options to achieve recovery targets
• Maintain accurate account records and collection activities within CRM systems
• Educate customers on repayment options, account status, and financial obligations
• Resolve payment-related concerns professionally and efficiently
• Prioritize collection activities and follow-ups to maximize recovery outcomes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and collection standards
• Meet or exceed collection, recovery, and customer service performance goals
• Deliver a positive customer experience through professional, solutions-focused communication
